LG introduced a lineup of mid-range K-series smartphones – including the K41S, K51S, and K61 – back in February, and recently, the new phones finally released in some European markets. LG sent us the K61, the higher-end model in the lineup.

The LG K61 costs €279.99, which means it competes directly with the TCL 10L, which we reviewed recently on Neowin. In terms of specs, it features a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The battery is 4,000mAh, which is decent for a lower-end phone.

One of the highlights of the phone is its camera setup, featuring four cameras on the back, headlined by a 48MP main camera. There’s also an 8MP wide-angle camera, a 5MP depth sensor for portrait-style pictures, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, there’s a punch-hole cutout that houses a 16MP selfie camera. Surrounding that camera is a 6.53-inch Full HD+ display in the 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

A lot of those specs are similar to the TCL 10L, which is what you might expect from phones in the same price range. You can check out our first impressions of the phone below:
