You can now watch the “world’s first” video showing the Apple iPhone Xs being deconstructed

A teardown video for the iPhone Xs has appeared on YouTube, a full day before the retail release of the phone. If you were curious about the innards of the device, this is the video you have been waiting for.

The video comes courtesy of the YouTube channel Fixjeiphone NL. While there will surely be plenty of teardown videos uploaded to the service in the near future, the channel has the honor of being the first. The video goes through the entire process of deconstructing an iPhone and even has English subtitles to make things easier to understand.

If you’re wondering how this device can be validated as an iPhone Xs, you check out the battery in the video. If you look closely, you can see that it has a value of 2,658mAh, which matches up with the filing that was discovered earlier in the week. The iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max will make their retail debut starting tomorrow. Although pre-orders are still available, you’re looking at around October when it comes to delivery dates.
